Pentucket Regional Middle High School

OVERVIEW

The Pentucket Regional Middle High School (PRMHS) project consisted of a multi-phased construction of a new, 3-story school containing approximately 218,000 square feet and a unified campus for the existing middle and high school student populations. The new building was constructed behind the existing high school, which remained occupied during the first phase of construction. Substantial completion of the new PRMHS took place in time for the 2022-2023 school year. Immediately following the completion of the main school building, the project team demolished the existing middle and high schools. Construction of the athletic fields and 6,680 square foot stadium building took place in fall 2022, and the entire project was completed in the summer of 2023. The project is targeting LEED Gold certification.
