Boston Preparatory Charter Public School

OVERVIEW

Phase I: Construction of new 49,500 square foot charter school facility consisting of a middle school, high school and gymnasium.  The building includes administrative offices, cafeteria, and storage area. This project used a pre-engineered metal building for the gymnasium structure.

Phase II: Currently in progress, W.T. Rich is constructing a 35,000 square foot addition to the new, existing middle and high school. The expansion will be a three-story structure with classrooms, science labs, academic support spaces and a cafeteria. Minor modifications will be made to the existing site plan to increase parking while maintaining the existing vehicular and site circulation. The expansion building must be open and occupied by August 2018 for the 2018/2019 academic year.
