Tim Farrell

Chief Estimator

Tim Farrell joined W.T. Rich Company in 2014 and has experience managing complex budgets for a diverse range of construction projects. In addition to generating accurate conceptual estimates, Tim excels ensuring the most value during buyout and through the pre-construction phase. Tim holds an MBA from Assumption College, Worcester, MA., and a BS in Civil Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Boston, MA.
