Tisbury Elementary School

OVERVIEW

The Tisbury Elementary School project involved a comprehensive renovation of the existing 42,500 SF K-8 facility and construction of a 32,000 SF addition housing new educational spaces, a gymnasium and administrative and support spaces. The existing school was temporarily relocated to on-site modulars, allowing continuous operation throughout construction. This project featured complex phasing requirements and was designed to achieve Net Zero Ready performance.
