Founded in 1968, W.T. Rich Company has over four decades of experience as a General Contractor and Construction Manager. The Boston Public Library Courtyard project was privileged to receive the Boston Society of Landscape Architects 2003 Merit Award.
The Thomas Crane Public Library Addition and Renovation project was privileged to receive the Massachusetts Historical Commission’s 2002 Preservation Award – the state’s top historical preservation award.
The Boston Public Library Restoration / The McKim Building project was privileged to receive the City of Boston and The Boston Society of Architects 2001 Harleston Parker Medal.
